We offer 6 new furnished rooms in a central location in Wermelskirchen (150 meters from Aldi and Lidl). The 6 new rooms include 4 new modern bathrooms with shower/toilet.

The high-quality, modern furnishings in the rooms include:

4 single rooms with new BOX SPRING BEDS or electrically adjustable beds, each 1.20 x 2.20 m.

2 twin rooms with new BOX SPRING BEDS, each 1.20 x 2.20 m.

All rooms are bright and have large windows that can be opened. An additional air exchange system ensures a permanent supply of fresh air and automatically extracts used air!

The rooms are equipped with a flat screen and free internet access.

An additional, newly equipped kitchen-living room with television, sofa and large dining table for 6 people is also located on the ground floor.

For the 3 guest rooms on the ground floor. 2 separate new bathrooms with shower/toilet were built, each also with an electronic supply and exhaust system.

The other 3 guest rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, and there are opening windows in all bedrooms. Here, too, there are new televisions and WiFi guest access in both bedrooms.

For the 3 guest rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor, 2 bathrooms were newly built, one of which is on the 1st floor and the second bathroom on the 2nd floor, each also with windows that can be opened for plenty of fresh air.

There is a separate equipped kitchen with a beautiful corner bench and table for 4 seats for the two upstairs bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Both kitchens are equipped with new stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee machines, kettles as well as cookware and cutlery, plates and cups, etc.

There are sufficient free parking spaces on and next to the building.

The prices refer to the room booking and may change slightly depending on the period/season.

ALL rooms in the building are absolutely NON-SMOKING ROOMS.

You are welcome to smoke outside the door in the covered entrance area.

We ask that you treat the rooms, the contents of the rooms and the furniture decently and respectfully, as we have furnished everything very lovingly for our guests.

In the event of a violation, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately.

that the use of stairs for the 1st and 2nd floor is at your own risk.

The minimum rental period is

5 nights.

Arrival: daily from 2 p.m

Departure: daily by 10 a.m
