The high-quality, modern equipment of the rooms includes: a bright room with large windows to open. An additional fully electronic air exchange system ensures a permanent supply of fresh air and automatically sucks out used air! Our apartments are furnished with flat screen and free internet access. The kitchen is equipped with new stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle as well as cooking utensils, frying pans and cutlery, plates and cups etc.

Free parking is available next to the building on the opposite side of the street.

Our prices refer to the number of persons for the room reservation, may change depending on the period/season. For a longer stay, please contact us, as we can also give special prices depending on occupancy.

ALL guest rooms as well as the other rooms in the building are absolutely NON-SMOKING ROOMS. You can smoke outside in front of the door at the covered entrance area.
We ask you to treat the rooms, the contents of the rooms as well as the furnishings decently and respectfully, as we have arranged everything very lovingly for our guests. In case of infringement, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease immediately. We expressly point out that the use of stairs for the 1. And 2. Upper floor is at your own risk.

We ask for your understanding that we must make copies or photographs of the identity cards of the arriving passengers and disclose these to the booking documents for inspection purposes by the authorities at any time.

Arrival: every day from 2 pm.
Departure: daily until 10 am.
